This pacharan is the result of the maceration of sloes with alcohol. Our sloes come mostly from Navarrese plantations controlled directly by the Regulatory Council of Pacharán Navarro. The alcohol comes from the best quality beet molasses.
From the maceration, which will last approximately 2 months depending on the evolution of the bluish fruit with alcohol both in color and in tasting, sugar and anise are added.
The resulting mixture is filtered up to 5 times to separate impurities and obtain a homogeneous mixture to the taste of the consumer.
This pacharan is made by adding the components based on the traditional recipe of the Belasco Family.
