  • 10cl pineapple juice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5cl rum
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3cl freshly squeezed orange juice

PREPARATION:

  • Mix the honey and rum until dissolved in a shaker.
  • Add the lemon juice and orange juice.
  • Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Strain the contents over a cold glass.

DECORATION:

  • Mint leaf.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 5cl rum
  • 1cl peach liqueur
  • 3cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1cl sugar syrup
  • 5cl freshly squeezed pineapple juice

PREPARATION:

  • Place the mint leaves at the base of the shaker.
  • Add the other ingredients.
  • Shake the shaker with ice.
  • Strain the contents over a glass filled with crushed ice.

DECORATION:

  • Mint bouquet.

ROYAL MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 5cl rum
  • 2cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1cl sugar syrup
  • Champagne

PREPARATION:

  • Introduce the mint leaves at the base of the glass.
  • Add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup.
  • Add crushed ice to the middle of the glass. Stir with a spoon.
  • Completely fill the glass with crushed ice. Remove again.
  • Complete the drink with some champagne.
  • Serve with straws.

  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 5cl rum
  • 2cl freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1cl sugar syrup
  • Soda

PREPARATION:

  • Introduce the mint leaves at the base of the glass.
  • Add the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup.
  • Add crushed ice to the middle of the glass. Stir with a spoon.
