From small plots of the Rioja Alta and the Rioja Alavesa come the grapes to make Marqués de Cáceres Crianza. With a large number of Tempranillo grape variety and other small Grenache and Gratian. This red wine is produced after a manual harvest and a vinification that passes through stainless steel tanks and at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels and stainless steel tanks depending on where the grapes come from. Once finished, they are left to rest in barrels and racked every six months. These barrels are special, 25% are new oak, another 25% with passage of two wines and the other 50% where up to four wines have passed. Finally, it spends a year in the bottle rack until its commercialization.
Medium glass, with bright ruby tones and dark reflections. Intense aromas that display the black fruit, a floral background with delicately spicy and roasted touches. Sweet, fleshy mouth that provides volume and harmoniously integrates all the flavors to friendly tannins. The ending is silky.
